I am Praveen Korukonda. This place is a collection of my thoughts, ideas, and projects. I graduated from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee with a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering in 2025.

My research interests are in robotics — particularly soft and bio-inspired robotics, learning-based perception and control, and machine learning on sensor data. Most of my work sits where mechanical design, ML, and real-time software meet.

Outside of research, I love building things on the side just for fun — whether it's a simulation in ANSYS, an ML model in PyTorch, or a low-level system from scratch. If you're interested, take a look at my projects and resume.

I spend my spare time playing computer games, cooking, travelling + hanging out with friends and enjoying life in general. I hail from Visakhapatnam, a city in Southern India.
